The experience of watching this was good overall but Planet Terror was easily the better half of Grindhouse.

Planet terror was solid 7-8, death proof was probably 5-6 but as a cohesive experience it was all enjoyable

classic campy movie that was great for its time.

The scene from Death Proof inside the Texas Chili Parlor is one of my favorite of Tarantino‘s dialogues.

Clever & enjoyable homage to grindhouse films of the 70’s, though some of the film might be lost in viewers who aren’t the most familiar with low budget exploitation. This is probably the better way to view both Planet Terror & Death Proof.
