This is a superbly done movie…great story line. Best feel good movie. Based on a true story is well directed. This movie is not JUST about racism.. it's also about the importance of fitting in and feeling accepted, about finding your joy in life & about an unexpected friendship.

9/10 great acting! The chemistry between these two actors was outstanding

This movie was so clearly written by a white man! White savor-ism Oscar bate at its finest — it’s actually absurd that this movie beat Blackkklansman for best picture the year it won

Great Story, even better acting.

Absolutely love this. Wonderful storyline, eventual character development, great acting. It was an academically sound film talking about its shooting and colors. I absolutely recommend. After all it gives you some other perspective ( that I find brilliant ) to think about.

9.5/10 Amazing movie. Acting was phenomenal, the movie keeps your attention from beginning to end and even halfway though i didn’t want this film to end. Absolutely incredible! must watch!!

Tony Lip has some fucking wild big back moments in this.

Anyways, the acting is incredible. The chemistry between Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali was incredible: their banter flows incredibly naturally.

Overall a real feel good movie, with a very good dynamic and fantastic acting.
Viggos a tough cookie maaaaaan.
However I have one massive nitpick, why make the black dude gay? The real dude wasn’t proven to be gay? It’s disrespectful, I’d be pissed if I was represented like that

i really liked the dynamic between the two characters and how they developed naturally throughout the film, giving us a beautiful friendship
