Godzilla: King of the Monsters

The start had me excited that we finally got a 'day in the life of godzilla' movie, but of course not. The human story was a lot better than some of the other movies, but the screentime for monsters to humans made me want to pull my hair out. It blessed us with amazing, mind-blowing scenes that frightingly fit the vibe just to cut to some pathetic bit between humans. I'm glad they have gone more monster mad in the newer movies. They just need to give us a gore filled godzilla story with 10% humans. Apart from that, it was a solid titan movie, and I'll be seated every time.

One of the best movies ever

Good to see that CGI has evolved enough for such a titular film (Though a lot of people believe the contrary)

It’s quite an epic movie for sure. The monster fights are sick and it’s just overall fun.

However, a lot of the dialogue is pretty cheesy and bad. And Kyle Chandler..was not the right choice.

Overall CGI was good except in closeups, where it looked pretty amateurish. But the large scale effects were fantastic and looked great. The shot of Mothra over the ocean was pure cinema.

It’s a monster movie. What’s not to love.

10/10 love me some godzilla. Never gets old.

Absolute cinema I love thermonuclear Godzilla and the serjs song in the credits
