surely they won’t make 33 sequels and spinoffs of this that sounds like it would get old quick

7.7/10 - The political stuff it’s gets into and the humanity behind everything make it very interesting. Cool ending but some of the decision they made throughout were kind of dumb in my opinion.

putting the original Gojira under here, Loved the original japanese film So much more. Esp talking about all the differences in portrayal to the US remake

This took forever to queue

Queue for SOME reason doesn’t have the very first movie so I’m talking about the first (1954) version in this
Basically it’s the og, it’s classic, and down to the point
Sprouted an amazing franchise with so much variety

it’s definitely not the original japanese classic, what with its stifled core script and narrative regarding the nuclear subject matter, but a solid american remake of the ultimate grandfather of kaiju films

Godzilla from 1954 was Interesting, for me it’s more of I’ll put this on for background noise but I can see how people love this
