such a goated film. 7 years of not seeing it. still remember how inspiring this film was when i played soccer in my youth years. fucking incredible. always wanted to become professional. still get goosebumps till this day. that ending is just phenomenal, it makes me cry although i hated santiago’s dad so much. this film really teaches you how to pursue your dreams and to not let anything stop you from achieving it, even from your own parents. this film really hits deep in me. if you really love this beautiful game, you will feel so much just by watching this. top tier film. so glad i rewatched it after so long. 9 / 10
