i wasn’t expecting to enjoy this anywhere near as much as i did, but that’s unsurprising given the perfection of julianne moore, who is phenomenal here. wonderful writing, music, pacing, performances; a simple but true and beautiful film. chilean director for the win

Interesting movie. Good acting, realistic story about life & the ups & downs.

Had the right amount of drama with characters that responded in realistic ways. Moore is still hot. Turturro complicates well.
