Heard bits and pieces about Gia’s story before but I was not even close to being ready for the story told in this biopic. I was immediately sad after finishing the movie but I don’t regret watching it !

The editing is definitely a choice, but it makes sense, kinda german editing of the same scene playing over and over slightly different takes, bc she was drugged up a lot.
The music is impeccable.
Just all round very interestingly shot film
Heartbreaking.

Lowkey a hard watch. don’t get me wrong Angelina Jolie perfect my god. But the rest of it just rubbed me the wrong way, pun intended.
