I feel like this movie met the bare minimum requirement: actually being about the Ghoulies. The first movie had them more as side characters. The plot was ok in this one and the acting was fine. The Ghoulies looked better here and I enjoyed seeing them do goofy things

Not as good as the first, but it was still a good watch.
