Yea idk I stopped watching it when the whole plot changed and the dad started perving on the daughter that was pretty fucking weird.

So boring then all of a sudden the most confusing shit starts happening and at the end all you’re thinking is “wow that made no sense, was stupid, and a complete waste of time!”

This is a very unique and specific kind of horror, and it's the horror of kinky sex gone awfully wrong.

Awesome movie. Still not sure how good of an adaptation though. But as a stand alone story is very good.

I don’t really get too many of the super negative reviews. If you know Flanagan and King, this is a perfect mixture of both. Visually and emotionally it screams Flanagan, and through the human condition and terror it’s definitely King. It’s gutwrenching and heartwrenching.
