Everything I felt that The Perks of Being A Wallflower was missing, this movie had down perfectly. The awkwardness of the characters and the emotional scenes without the overdramatic music, all the way to the perfectly written side characters. Jim Parsons came out of nowhere

this is the nicest movie i’ve ever seen. it made me feel nostalgic and see movies in a whole different view. there’s hardly any action, but yet has the power and movement of a large action movie. made me cry. one of my new favorites!

Best soundtrack in cinema history

I have a weird relationship with this movie. It really hit me at a time in my youth that I could latch onto it. As I’ve gotten older, it hasn’t aged as well with the whole ‘manic pixie dream girl’ trope, but still holds a special place for me.

I love this movie in so many ways but not entirely. I think the soundtrack is perfect and the message is perfect and such an incredible work of art put together but in the end it is just a recent grad’s project and I can appreciate it for that.

Such a great movie!!! made me tear up quite a few times. I love the theme of unconditional love shown in the smallest ways but also how impactful that can be regardless of how difficult life can get

Yes, the subject matter is a little heavy, but it also so heartwarming and funny that it makes it bearable. I didn’t think it was possible to love Natalie Portman anymore than I already did! Just a wonderful story of loss, friendship and love, I adore this film!

Are you really retarded?

Down to earth and real film where Largeman lives for the first time…falls in love with Sam (Natalie Portman smoke show, really like her performance and character)…exploring the infinite abyss…music was great in the film and some emotional scenes

Good feelgood movie about a junkie and a girl fixing him with her tism! Only problem is that the relationship dynamic just gets really watered down at the end, and it’s evident that they have nothing to offer eachother beyond making out
