Fukushima 50

so i did cry

Gut, spannend, Geschichte 🏛️

Very interesting, very fast paced movie which clearly shows the impact of the Fukushima disaster. Although sometimes I felt like certain emotional scenes weren’t fully necessary like the childhood scenes from both the American and one of the workers. Overall very interesting movie which brings great attention to the disaster and shows how difficult it was to deal with. Movie is in Japanese which was a bit of a struggle at times to understand but reading subtitles made it okay. Characters were well developed and pretty fleshed out, also because they had family it made it more painful to watch because it really made them human and not just a worker. Overall I would say 4 1/2 stars. ☢️
