6/10 Johnny Depp is so fine in this with his British accent. The gore was gory and the plot was interesting. Sad ending :/

It was entertaining enough, although I guessed the reveal very early on. Was it a phenomenal movie? No but I had fun watching it.

Such a great movie

I saw this when it came out in 2012 and didn’t remember anything other than I had seen it. Just watched it again last night it was more gruesome than expected, surprised I didn’t remember it. It was a good Jack the Ripper story.. no complaints..

a disaster of an adaptation that gives its own reveal away through blunders mishandling.

An intriguing take on the Jack the Ripper murders that was pretty well done. While this film does have many fictional aspects to it, it does a good job of capturing the atmosphere and brutality of 19th century London during the Ripper murders. Overall, very well done. 8.6/10!!!!!
