fun campy 80s horror movie with a bisexual vampire (i wish he didn’t seduce a 16 year old tho)
it was a very slow start but i liked the characters and the effects were cool :) i loved amy, evil ed made me laugh so hard and the parts with peter vincent: vampire killer were great

the special effects went HARD!!! i throughly enjoyed watching this, it was super fun and Chris Sarandon is oh so hot 🥵

This is and always will be the definition of a great vampire movie. Just look at that poster, LOOK AT IT. Chef’s kiss. So cool Brewster 10/10

The atmosphere, practical effects, and poster are some of the best you'll ever get. Chris Sarandon owned this role, and I wish some of the other characters were better, like in Lost Boys, and perhaps I'd love the movie more.

Fright Night was AWESOME. not what i expected AT ALL, but AWESOME nonetheless. Absolutely killer movie

Such a fun movie. Definitely has some classic tropes, but it leans into those in a great way. Excellent Halloween movie vibes and overall great performances from the cast. Also love the practical effects. A fun movie to watch with a group of friends.

After watching the remake I thought to watch the original. It was alright but feel like I preferred the remake

A classic. Horror comedy done well. Evil Ed does not get enough recognition. The remake is good too!
