I think his take on life is incredibly interesting and relatable. He’s accomplished amazing things and this was such a thrill to watch. I can’t begin to understand the pressure of a crew watching you accomplish a life goal. Amazing. “What a delight”

I don’t usually love documentaries, let alone rock climbing, BUT HOLY COW this was amazing. The film really puts you in Alex’s mind and you start to feel and understand everything as he prepares to and eventually summits the Half Dome. So much suspense and such a great film

This guy is INSANE. Excellent.

Brother is crazy

This is a clear cut “one man’s journey” with no rhyme or reason for his need to accomplish this goal. That being said, it’s hard to look away as he attempts this insane challenge. Watching the reactions of the crew along the way adds a grounded sense of perspective.
