Force of Nature: The Dry 2 (2024) - 5.9/10

Unfortunately, the sequel didn't quite live up to the original's standards. Force of Nature: The Dry 2 follows Aaron Falk as he investigates a new case, but the narrative feels less focused, with underdeveloped characters and a predictable plot.

While Eric Bana still shines as Falk, the supporting cast lacks the depth and complexity of the original. The film's pacing is also uneven, with long stretches of exposition that slow down the momentum.

Overall, I highly recommend The Dry (2020) for its gripping narrative, strong performances, and thought-provoking themes. While Force of Nature: The Dry 2 (2024) is still an enjoyable watch, it falls short of the original's excellence.

A huge disappointment in comparison to the first. Deals more with a group of corporate espionage elements, and barely uses Bana. Anna Torv is also wasted.

I liked the film, people seem to think its not that great, in my opinion its good, i didn’t watch the first part, this just popped up on hbo and i thought it would be worth watching.

Yeah it was ok. Some of the storyline didn’t gel. The script was a little forced. Bit disappointing after the first movie. 6/10

Definitely not a Thriller.. predictable to a point. A group of women go into the woods one turns up missing/dead.. not hard to figure out something happened… it’s between boring and watch because nothing else is on
