Fly Me to the Moon

I've had to change my initial rating because, even though the production is immense, it just feels empty. I can barely remember scenes or even the whole middle section of the movie. Maybe I need to rewatch it, but then again, I have no plan to. The score was forgettable, the tension didn't last long and the acting and costumes felt too 'clean'. I think I would have preferred this a lot more without the romantic side. Now, as Gru would say, "We will have the capability to pull off the true crime of the century...we...are going to steal.....pause for effect...THE MOOOOOOOON!!!".

2. Whoever put Channing Tatum in that see through yellow jumper with a white vest underneath should be shot
3. Did they steal the cat from Ali Hazelwood?

If you are looking for a date night film and you are also a fan of all things NASA and space or maybe history or even conspiracy theories then look no further than the romcom Fly Me to the Moon starring Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum. 3.5 out of 5 rating

I never got immersed enough to forget it was a movie. The acting and story tried to fit the era, but felt over the top. I don’t see myself remembering this one in a few days, so I’m afraid this was a 4.5/10 for me.

I won’t lie i was hoping for more of a romcom about how the moon landing is fake… they set out to do that and couldnt stick to the landing … no pun intended
