A beautiful, lush, and mysterious world.
Not much in the movie is ever explained, you’re mainly left to watch the characters learn to navigate their rapidly changing environment; And for a movie about wild animals trying to coexist, maybe it’s better this way.

It’s definitely a refreshing change from the countless anthropomorphic characters we’re used to seeing in media, and feels less about making silly characters to monetize, and instead ones that are grounded and real.

This movie healed me. But be prepared for it, there is no dialogue, just watch and interpret the reactions to understand the vague storyline. It reminds me of the movie Spirit and how emotional it can be. The animation is beautiful and I love how they capture the animals

That golden retriever is accurate
