Slay. It is always a slay. However I did find it confusing and off putting how Clear and Alex acted like they barely knew each other for most of the movie and then all of a sudden she was calling him baby? I was like tf is going on here

me l'hanno sempre consigliato in quanto amo la collana di saw...avevano ragione, davvero coinvolgente e non prevedibile quanto sembra, non vedo l'ora di continuare la collana

Final Destination
The opportunity to escape death’s grasp
A trip to everyone’s final destination
Through life, death has been portrayed in many ways throughout many variations of stories within the horror genre. Some portrayals, like the one in “Smile” (2022), depict death with inevitability, capturing the grim reality of a predictable, domino-effect curse. The characters in these types of stories know exactly what had been coming for them, which ultimately created a suffocating atmosphere of impending doom. Though throughout cinema’s evolution, the potential impact of “Final destination”on not only the audience but also the overall concept brought a perspective that I believe many tend to overlook because of the overly gruesome fatalities.
I will admit that I am most undoubtedly late to experience this widely popular franchise's beginning. Shockingly enough though, I would say that bringing in an older and optimistic mindset not only shows an appreciation for how the horror genre portrays death but also brings about a profound fascination in not only my eyes but also the audiences perspective.
The film in my eyes brought about such superstition in ways that I was cannot entirely express. Moment after moment in which the film brought about the possibility of a gruesome demise allowed my attention to move closer and closer as the story progressed. And even as the film closed, I found myself puzzled with newfound curiosity due to how many storyteller’s could continue telling the story of the possibility of Death never seizing to try to take hold of us.
I went into this introduction blind as one can entirely be. Even as I see myself at this point, which is pretty much just sitting through the commentary of the first film. I find my curiosity growing significantly larger, which I so do appreciate. It allows for my excitement to excel with every film that I happen to watch in the franchise.
This series may become a fascinating turnpoint in my appreciation of horror.
