Why was the aspect ratio and film grain so strong?

didn't age well. wasn't scary at all. and the jokes felt like they were trying to hard

Enjoyed this as a kid....as a grownuo i cant help but laugh at the monsters lol teeth are great but clearly a suit that doesnt present well. Also McSteamy showing up at the beginning to be the hero to have hus head demolished in seconds is gold. Does have a good blood count

is this stupid? yes. are the effects cool? yeah. is it worth watching? nope.

I thought the practical effects were really good and the little introduction cards that each character got had funny descriptions. One critique: they could’ve done a bit better to balance out the humour and horror.

Evil Dead set in a lonesome desert dive bar. Gory and raunchy, but all practical.

So many questions unanswered but it was so chaotic and fun 😂

Always had a soft spot for this…I’d like to pretend the sequels never existed

Falls really hard into the so bad it’s good category. Don’t go in thinking it’s a great movie. Go into it wanting campy stupid horror and action.

Think tremors meets dusk til dawn kind of fun.

So bad it’s good, absolutely fucking wild
