During World War II, South Sea beachcomber Walter Eckland is persuaded to spy on planes passing over his island. He gets more than he bargained for as schoolteacher Catherine Frenau arrives on the run from the Japanese with her pupils in tow!

Father Goose
One of my regular watches as a child. We loved Father Goose! Grant and Caron have great chemistry here. There’s some odd screenplay here and there, like the light heartedness during WWII and ceremony in the end. It’s a sloppy good time.
