i think i’m starting to realize i don’t rly like overly raunchy 80s movies. i understand why they were popular at the time but ig i’m not rly the demographic to be seeing a teenager’s boobs. that is it wasn’t that funny to me. however it does have its moments sometimes….

This film is hilarious. The ending is honestly perfect. The characters in this film feel like real high schoolers. Also as a side note, I was so shocked to see Nicholas Cage in this. 8.5/10

Funny good vibes

Not a really deep plot by any means but enjoyable and funny movie that gives you a look at highschoolers in the 80s, kinda looks like fun wouldn’t have minded growing up in those times tbh

Funny

Having now watched this film a few times I can say that this is a perfect film. The comedy hits every watch and the pacing is great. This and Dazed a Confused are such timeless films and iconic to their time and even though I did not live through the time the film is set I still feel a nostalgia for aspects of the film.

The soundtrack was pretty good but that’s all this really had going for it.

I’m sure it was great when it came out, but it for sure doesn’t hold up today.

The only time i was entertained was when Sean Penn was on screen and yet he doesn’t have that many funny moments.

I’d rather watch dazed and confused because it’s basically a replica of this film but holds up way better.
