I love this movie it was all about black girl magic

I will say they should’ve went into more depth about her powers.

I wish there was more women of color in superheroes movies, but even with that particularity being true in this one, the plot didn't hold enough thrill to make me attached to it even for a little bit.

How have I never watched this before?? My only gripe is why couldn’t Bo come and why doesn’t this have a sequel

A feel good non-superhero powered story. Most of the effects are surprisingly well done, barring one awful sequence.
