This bitch couldn’t walk three steps without tripping on a suitor who fell HARD for her, and she STILL made terrible choice after terrible choice. But I guess a slow clap since she got it together at the end 🙄 Carey Mulligan does appreciate how much I love her bc COME ON!

it is such a simple story, which makes it all the more better.

I found it kinda frustrating. She always took the wrong choices. But I loved the casting and it was beautifully filmed! And oh my Gabriel/mr. oak is soooo handsome! Can’t believe it took her that long to marry him! I would have said yes STRAIGHT away!

Thomas Hardy yall… Great casting btw, I understand now what Rachel McAdams saw in Michael Sheen. Instant favorite. Absolutely LOVE Matthias Schoenaerts.

Very good but it was so weird when the sheep died, the movie got a really weird feeling to it when they died. It was kind of disturbing

it was so peaceful and nostalgic to watch, the cinematography in this movie was so good I believe that everyone should at least watch it once in a lifetime.

of course i liked the ending but it was just too frustrating for me

Amazing. That last scene was like having a big glass of cold water after a long run with nothing to drink.
