Don’t really understand the low rating on IMDb. The plot wasn’t anything groundbreaking but the action is some of the best I’ve seen. Hemsworth had some amazing fight scenes and the way they filmed this movie was honestly incredible. Definitely recommend excited for #2

the filming side of this movie was AWESOME!! really draws you in and the fight scenes were cool

When you're watching a blood-soaked Hemsworth slash and shoot his way through dozens of bad guys, it's difficult to have too many complaints.

8.0/10 This honestly surprised me. The action was fantastic, the story was solid, and had some solid music. It truly felt like a Call of Duty campaign. Hemsworth does really well. Tyler Rake is a badass. It was a little unrealistic but it’s a good, badass popcorn movie

This remains incredible. Action is 90% of the film but that action is worth watching, with a visceral aesthetic and a satisfying pace. Performances are both solid, bonus points for letting Hemsworth be his aussie self. Perfect ending. 4.5/5

This was a really good action film. Lots of fight scenes and although some where long they kept it interesting. I was a little confused halfway through, but overall the plot was pretty solid and I loved the actors.

Great action scenes, has some very unique stunts which sets it apart from other action movies but there’s not many twists, fairly straightforward and basic plot.

First I was not a fan. Now I’ve rewatched it so I can watch part 2 and I must say it’s actually pretty ok.

This is an action fans idea of heaven. It’s frantically paced with incredible fight scenes and action set pieces. Hemsworth is very good especially considering he has relatively no dialogue. Theirs a body count of thousands here. Strap in and enjoy the ride
