ngl i watched this in a film class that i had to take twice &the first go round it didn’t seem like something i’d enjoy so i just didn’t watch it. the next semester i watched it in class & WOW this movie is wild. it’s also an A24 film so it’s aesthetically pleasing, but holy shit

When I watched it a few years back I was scared, now I rewatched it and I came to the conclusion that the poor guy didn’t have a reason to die … and also that the machine is crazy.

This film isn’t anything like I expected it to be. Along with its eeriness and disturbing storyline, this film delivers some spectacular use of CGI, phenomenal actors and an intriguingly unique storyline. It’s slow paced, but felt interesting all the way through. I give a 8.9/10!
