in the end cewenya juga ga inget, awalnya kesel sih sama temennya, tapi ya mungkin tujuannya juga baik. Pokoknya nonton ini tuh cuma bisa terpana sama pure love si cowonya 🤍

Consider my tears jerked. Honestly, when it comes to Japanese dramas I don’t tend to expect much, but this was well written, filmed, and acted in a way that got me emotionally attached. Made me believe in love only to yank my feet out from under me, 12/10 would recommend.

Ah, honestly… it broke my heart in the best way, this movie made me cry. It was so sad but so beautiful at the same time. It really made me appreciate every moment we have.

Wow, I didn’t know what to expect from this moving going in.

The movie revolves around a girl who had an accident years prior and whenever she sleeps she forgets everything, she has a diary she reads everyday to remember everything around her.

A guy is dated to ask her out, she accepts and gives him three rules to “dating”, don’t talk until after school, keep conversations simple, and don’t actually fall in love.. well you can guess how that turned out.

They spend a lot of time together each day and eventually he finds out about her memory disorder, but instead of her remembering he knows he asks her to not write it in her diary, she doesn’t and he tries his very best to make everyday happy because the person who wakes up everyday is a brand new her.

Eventually turns out he has a heart condition and sudden dies near the end of the film, she obviously finds out and writes it in her diary, so every day she wants up in a melt down that the person she loved died.

Her best friend makes a plan with the girls parents and the guys sister to basically rewrite her whole dairy and anything she has around her that tie to him to have him not exist, his last wish before dying, everyone works together to do so, erasing everything, but since she was drawing him to learn to draw again, she would always draw him without even realizing each day.

Soon after her best friend can’t take it anymore and returns the original diary and the phone she recorded stuff of them with, and she reads it not really realizing the history she had with him but will always treasure it and hopefully remember him.

Phenomenal story, I was blown away.
