Kurt Russell is enough of a reason to watch any movie. However this movie is just so meh, not Snake’s fault…I mean Plissken…..NOT THIS AGAIN LOL. Hope you enjoy this more than I did

90s action movie. And still Hollywood action fun. Easy watch.

Snake Plisskin, what a badass. Watched this in the 80s and so cool back then. My buddy had the same Scramble Biker Boots as him (he did have/love dirt bikes though) 7/10.

an 80’s action cheese flick that was made in 1996. it’s probably ahead of it’s time, some version of that is most likely what’s going to happen to america in 50 years

Loved the sets of a dystopian LA. Action was a bit corney at times but great nonetheless. Solid sequel to the original, Carpenter really knew how to raise the stakes 8.5/10

Well compared to the first it’s cartoonish, self-aware, and messy. It dials everything up to absurd. Not as tight or moody as the original, but it leans into satire so hard it somehow works. Still good though.

Shat on the things that made escape from New York awesome, it’s like the same film in a worse setting with worse premise and worse special effects

I wanted this to be as grandiose as Escape from NY, but it is at times, rather lackluster. I saw it when it first came out. I will give it another try soon.
