Historical inaccuracy irked me a bit solid action

Lassie war movie. What an opening’s. The romance angle is unnecessary, and Jude Lawnis a bit wussy, but this is a great thrill ride.

It’s kind of crazy how this film has the most British, Russians, I’ve ever seen in a film before! The story was interesting, but this film dragged way too much for me. A decent WWII film from a prospective I’ve never seen before.

Alright as far as WW2 movies go. Good depiction of Stalingrad but short-lived. Also feel like the casting was a bit weird with Jude Law as the russian with a British accent.

Do NOT use this movie to learn about the battle of Stalingrad. It's as historical as a Star Wars movie, filled with myths, misconceptions and oversimplifications.
If you pretend it's a fictional battle in a fictionalized Soviet Union, then it's pretty enjoyable.

It was alright.. not worthy to be called a war epic IMO. Sniper duel was nice however it was a bit slow and not that exciting.
