Emancipation Reviews

Slap!

Better than expected. Did almost not recognize Will Smith. Beautifull and frightening story. Horrible what people have had to go through in history.

It was a 7/10

Powerful movie. Director making the movie black and white for most of the film was such a good touch to emphasize the travesty that is the U.S history. Necessary movie.

This movie was great and it was sad such a powerful movie

damn the kid didn’t have to do him like that 7.5/10

so good

Such a heart breaking movie

Why would you make a black and white movie when colour exists now

7/10

While I will agree that this movie does lack a lot of depth and feels a little too fast paced, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this one. However, I also found it to be both historically significant and emotionally impactful and Smiths performance to be spectacular. 8.9/10 for me!

Give this film a 5.7/10 ⭐️

Overall better than expected, probably a half hour too long though.

Awesome movie. Very emotional but a great history lesson that we all must remember.

This story is sad

One of the most sad portraits of all human existence.
