Elysium
Definitely could’ve been executed better. Was very excited for the concept(huge dystopian fan) but was extremely let down with the choppy cinematography and mediocre story telling.

great memories from what I recall, matt damon is such a great actor. The plot is cool, not much more things to tell. Solid 6/10

Elysium
My personal favourite sci-fi movie. Matt Damon is the last person who I would think would be in a dark sci-fi movie but he does an amazing job. If you’re a fan of this movie I recommend you watch upgrade next. 9/10

J’ai trop aimé le scénario et le monde qu’ils/elles ont réussi à créer dans ce film !! J’ai été un peu déçu qu’on ne sache pas ce que deviennent Freya et sa fille… mais quand elle a réussi à être guéri, WOW

Jim Greysen is "meh" on
Elysium
Rewatched this to show my wife and I can confirm it is a firm “Meh”. Cool world building and surprisingly relevant to today’s political climate but there are so many odd plot/tech holes. Ex. Why did they bolt the exoskeleton on Matt Damon’s character through his shirt?!
