Couldn't finish this - was awful

70’s exploitation film homage and it does a good job living up to that feel. It just can’t pull all the strings of this web together into something cohesive. I feel like the writer/director had so much they wanted to do that it all gets served up as a jumble instead of a blend. There’s things to like here, but overall the weave doesn’t hold.
