really enjoyed this one. Def the more “realer” of the gay movies in plot. Well acted too.

I think this movie was really cute and also encapsulated the complexity of the difficult feelings that come along with exploring your sexuality. Eric is everything to me

It was good but I wanted more at the end about Jon and Eric

Tried to watch it but couldn’t

so cute- i hated his friend tho it was so obvious he wasn’t in to her and she kept pushing and guilting him.

I liked this movie except for the small fact that I do not like the mom or Maggie (or Rod or the parking lot guy). I was scared that Eric was going to pretend to be straight in the end but instead I was disappointed by a sort of sudden ending (it’s a really good movie though) <3.

the best edge of seventeen, the other one is so unoriginal, it uses all quotes from other movies, but this movie can do no wrong 😁

so cute but so sad

this movie had POTENTIAL but the ending was garbage .. that being said it was a slay for gay ppl in the 80s

It’s okay, too confusing for me though,

i wasn’t actually sure what i was expecting when i first watched this movie, but i was pleasantly surprised to find that the story focused more on the exploration of sexuality rather than the romanticization of a summer fling. a bit boring at parts, but overall a nice movie.

Thought this was the original to the new one but it wasn’t. I did watch the whole thing but it felt like it went nowhere
