Currently watching this in the bathroom at Kroger while taking a shit all because I saw a tiktok of a Ethan Hawk telling a story and I had a flash back to this movie because I thought Shia’s character was named Ethan Hawk too but turns out its Jerry Shaw and to me thats the same

Really cool movie. AI takeover before AI even existed. Original, full of action, fast paced. I really enjoy this film.

It’s fun to watch, quite fast paced, will make you scared about the use of AI in our everyday lives 🙀 7/10

Eagle Eye is a fast paced and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Though it’s not perfect, it makes for a fun watch!

The whole plot twist of it being AI or whatever was a bit underwhelming and corny but I thought the execution was pretty good.

Released in 2008, starring Shia Lebeouf and Michelle Monaghan. Eagle Eye brings light to the possible dangers of AI in this fictional setting. I would have thought it was directed by Michael Bay tbh, if you enjoy movies in this time period this is definitely a good watch.

Ahh I miss this movie. Used to pop up on the tv when I was a kid all the time (we had FX on religiously).

What a great AI movie for its time. Very entertaining and thought provoking.

6/10- I liked the idea of the movie but think it could’ve been better. Watched with Adam and Spencer which made it fun

Nice plot, although the ending is somewhat unsatisfying
