Dune: Part Two

fucking speechless, the score, the cast, the cinematography, the costume design, the production is out of this world. holy fuck i just can’t describe how incredible part ii is. timothèe & zendaya are phenomenal. i pray to god this wins so many oscars next year. ∞ / 10

What a spectacle, must-see in IMAX. I missed Oscar Isaac’s perfect beard though

Definitely a must see in theaters. Big epic visuals, deep sound, etc that can only be appreciated on the big screen

That being said - a whole lotta lore (too much for me tbh), I can’t take Christopher walken seriously, and a few head scratchers (mainly the alopecia bros)

Rewatched with my friends and I have a hot take…if we compare this trilogy with the LoTR trilogy, Dune has a chance at beating LoTR and it’s completely dependent upon the success of the third movie. IMO if we judge the movies based on their order then the first dune is slightly worse than Fellowship, this movie is far better than Two Towers. If Part Three is better or just as good as Return of the King then this trilogy will win… just my personal hot take.
