Dracula

Imagine me watching Frankenstein and Nosferatu very close together and finally getting round to watching possibly one of the most influential movies of all time and it being an absolute massive disappointment as the characters aren’t endearing not to mention it’s poor pacing 5/10

so beautifully eerie, i love how dracula can so seamlessly go from incredibly charming and alluring to creepy and malicious, such a great film, i loved dracula, renfield and mina very much, the story was told so wonderfully

A sublimated ghost story related with all surface seriousness and above all with a remarkably effective background of creepy atmosphere.

7.5/10 🧛

3/5
Honestly I prefer the ripoff dracula more... Nosferatu (1922) is on top, sorry not sorry.

Classical horror. Not too scary but has it's gothic charm. The guy who played Renfield is also amazing beside Lugosi Béla of course.
