Really good movie that doesn’t get the respect it deserves - a lot of really good movies from the 80’s and this one is up there - really funny concept and really good acting - just a classic lighthearted comedy

One that I saw as a kid once on TV and it blew my mind. How wacky and fun times the whole family was having. Slightly reminds me of BIG because Sue Ellen has to pretend to be grown and work a real job.
If you’re looking for a crazy, fun 90’s movie you’ve never seen, this is it!

so good 🥹 nostalgic 90s movies are so refreshing and I love seeing normal looking people on tv. cute movie, but those kids were bad as hell.

I really wish I would’ve watched this as a kid because I know I would have loved it just like I did now when I first watched it. I absolutely love Christina Applegate in this and I like the coming of age mixed with kids movie aspect of this, it worked very well

High nostalgia points, but beyond that this has a solid pace that develops characters quickly with not a lot of need for tired backstory.

It really nails that awkward “kids left to run the house” chaos. Equal parts funny, weird, and unexpectedly smart.

Enjoyable 90’s movie. I can’t believe the mom really left them with a lady she didn’t even really know. It was nice to see the kids grow up and be more responsible. (8-4-25)
