Don't Breathe 2

Had to turn it off because of the pure money grabbing. The story gets worse, even for a sequel that's a prequel. As long as there is something there, I can let off the silliness, but the common sense and logic decrease by 100. The idea and story have been purely and surely been cheese-grated. We know the outcome from number one, so any tension remaining left the house long ago. Horror? It's more of a thriller drama, so the only reason I see anyone liking this is for the drama. Money grabbing to the max would have stopped at one, need to stop at 2.

Good suspense, captivating methods of m**der 😂 neither side in the movie deserved to win. Made it fun to watch and discuss.

I didn’t even finish it, just to weird

Rated: 6.4/10

The 2016 original was a masterclass in tension, so I had to see how Stephen Lang carried this sequel. I like this; flipping the Blind Man into an anti-hero is a tough sell, but the brutal dark-room ambushes kept me hooked.

The Director's Eye (What Worked):
• Lang is an intimidating force as Norman, and Grace holds her own during the break-in.
• Luque pulls off another slick, unbroken tracking shot during scenes where Phoenix hides from the crew.
• Hunting kidnappers in the dark using water ripples and smoke brings great stealth tension.

The Friction (What Didn't Click for Me):
• Making Norman sympathetic after the first movie is a tough sell.
• Killing off Hernandez and Shadow right before the invasion bummed me out.

The Verdict:
I like it. Watch for dark-room stealth. Skip if redeeming the villain bugs you.

Its a lot better than I expected it to be and they are really good at using sound and they are also really good at making it intense the first movie as incredible sound usage and was really intense and I loved that it was a backstory and I really loved the twists they were good❤️❤️

If you need background noise and like watching fighting then this one is for you.
