once again i’m sick of hollywood casting goys (rachel mcadams) to play jewish characters

It was very deep which was nice for a change. I’m not a member of the Orthodox Jewish community but wow it was very interesting seeing a different perspective from a different religion and how queer members experience thru this.

Yeah so I’m sick about this movie actually. I actually liked Dovid & I feel bad for him:/ I can’t BELIEVE he freed them just for Esti not to go to New York with Ronit….and all bc of a baby??? I don’t understand why she stayed. The erotica in this though??? NEED. IT. 🤤 So sapphic

I don’t think I’ve felt a lesbian film embody the lesbian experience in such a way before. A good movie with great representation.

Just quite dull. I liked the story but everything is Grey and slow and hesitant. it doesnt really go anywhere, which is a shame cuz it had potential (between the idea of shame, religion, secrets)

the yearning, the hotel scene?!?! all AMAZING but it feels tho the plot was not at its top potential and felt a little empty at points
