Digging for Fire
Ladies and gentlemen, is what a story without conflict looks like. I think this was a passion project for someone because there’s no way a studio would pay this much for these actors for them to play minor characters in an 80-minute feature, unless it was Marvel. Kinda boring.

So cool to see Jake Johnson writing. He manages to explore a complex, human, wonderful marriage and writes a female protagonist to play opposite himself who is genuinely multifaceted and relatable. Funny, insightful, and just generally impressive.
