I like a good noir thriller, and Denzel kills it as always. However, I feel like I've seen this before and was hoping for something more.

Acting was good but the plot didn’t have hooked in very much.

7/10 cool detective film with DW at the helm, what’s not to like. Recommend.

SUCH a good neo noir

A nice addition to the film noire genre. You get Denzel Washington and Don Cheadle in addition to Tom Sizemore. Denzel is dynamite as usual and the movie keeps you invested. One of Denzel's overlooked roles but certainly leaves you with a conclusion that fits it's genre.

Been too long since I started and not interested in finishing.

Denzel going Phillip Marlowe in a late-1940s LA noire. The plot isn’t anything innovative, but Denzel obviously excels in the performance and PI narration superbly. I expected LA to be shown with a little more of a glitz facade to contrast the dark truths.
