Beautiful desert cinematography and a solid score can’t make up for a thin story and underdeveloped characters. Anthony Mackie’s role feels smaller than expected, and the film never reaches the epic heights it aims for. Great to look at, but only mildly memorable.

Colonizers.

A bit confusing, no real character development, and I didn’t care enough about any of the characters. It was boring at times since I didn’t find the story compelling enough.
