Not quite a love, but nearly. I’m not sure why I liked it so much. Obviously Dersu ruled, and their friendship was nice although relatively undeveloped.
Slow but enjoyable for me. I loved how unimportant the events of the movie were. Very human

The visuals and music were superb

One of the most well written friendships in any film. The main characters obviously care very deeply about each other, despite being completely different.
