had a pretty strong start.. but loses its way towards the middle/end.

It was alright until the end… a bit of a goofy ending but whatever

Puts possession by a vengeful spirit up next to unmanaged psychosis and asks “what’s the difference?” Arnold’s kid was especially solid for his part. Worth a watch at min for some of the cool body horror bits and design elements.

Miles and Patrick did a fantastic job acting with two distinct characters in one. It was a bit sad. I did like the endings. I felt bad for Cassie for going through all that because they bump into each other. (7-27-25)

I actually was diggin this almost literally right up until the sword fight on the roof .. some creepy visuals and the beginning 30 min are kinda atmospheric, the acting is good throughout but it wasn’t ever really legit scary or truly unsettling at any points

i surprisingly loved this movie. i live for fantasy thriller horror and I feel as though this movie executed it damn near perfectly. holy fuck the emotional journey this story took me on was insaneeee. also extremely visually stunning. loved it 9.5/10

This movie wasn’t it for me. I don’t know what message they were trying to convey and him having to kill himself in order to defeat it, I don’t necessarily like the message that sends. I feel like it played far too much trying to make it seem as if this was all in his head.

i really liked it in the beginning when i thought it was turning out to be a psychological thriller, but then it turned into your regular old demon possession movie and i got bored.
