Kevin Costner is a great Actor and Director in this masterful film It shows heart,emotion,passion,and Mary McDonnell give a great performance.The story is beautiful,The score is powerful,and honestly I didn’t know it would also be funny in parts. But a damn good movie! 88/100

Die erste Hälfte des Films war teilweise wirklich sehr merkwürdig und teils random. Die zweite Hälfte wurde besser.
Der Film taugt als Drama mit Romantik, aber weniger als realistischer Einblick in die Zeit. Die Erzählung stammt klar aus einer „weißen“ Perspektive.

10/10 I’m glad I watched the extended version cause I enjoyed those 4 hours fully. It was so gorgeous and everyone acted their pants off. The US military sucks and manifest destiny is bs. Everything done to the Native American people was atrocious and they deserved none of it.
