you will never catch me watching this again (too real tbh) but this was so good beautifully shot and loved the superhero stuff (felt like her way of feeling othered) very much felt like something that a lot of teen girls could relate to. and I loved the ending sm - fav movie ♥️♥️

I came across this indie-looking 2008 film on Tubi that I'd never heard of, but the summary got me interested. The fantasy aspect had me curious how it was going to look in the movie, and I ended up loving the narration style. The two leads are great together, and the writing felt introspective and thoughtful. I loved everything about this, and I'm happy I randomly found it.
