Great cast, interesting plot, very much a chick flick. The smug ending really sold the personal growth of Witherspoon’s character. Very saucy, not too intellectually-challenging, and bittersweet as a whole.

the problematic mind games are very interesting. absolutely despise kathryn from the first moment to the last. sebastian has admirable qualities but still hate him. annette, girl whatever. the plot is actually concerning and the step siblings trope should be cancelled.
