this movie was soooo good. besides the bad effects (older movie so duh) it was such a well done movie. i was intrigued the whole time and really enjoyed the storyline like the copycat idea! only thing is i was sad about detective ruben dying, i wish he finished the case with MJ.

I'm a huge sucker for murder mysteries, especially ones with good detectives and homicide units. Pacing was great, detectives did a killer job of setting the tone, finding clues, etc. Only criticism is that the killer was discovered too soon. Could've waited a bit.

1. Ruben until he was offed
2. Nicoletti because he was just plain annoying
3. Her assistant the gay man until he was beheaded yk.

I remember seeing this in the theater. Harry Connick Jr. left an impression that’s for sure. He’s literally the only part I remembered other than her being agoraphobic.

Surprisingly enjoyed it, I wasn’t really expecting much. It felt like it was trying to follow up Silence of the Lambs with tone and story, and while it doesn’t touch that movie, it’s solid on its own.
