“Civil War” was the best thing that came from this movie
Otherwise quite dull and overrated
Acting is so incredibly overrated too, Newman was fine but that wasn’t Oscar worthy like everybody says
Great music though

boiled eggs never looked so unappealing

Paul Newman at his finest. One of the great cinema classic films. 9/10

I was excited to watch a classic but it was just not the movie for me. I did like some parts, people leaving the room so he could be alone and everyone helping him with his meal. But unfortunately it just didn't hit for me.
