It's cute, but the VFX are just awful specially for ILM in the mid 80s after Return of the Jedi and Temple of Doom, I mean come on put a real effort here the aliens look really bad.

Only watched this movie recently and actually enjoyed it. It’s a sci-fi movie with comedy aspects. I liked the unique idea and I didn’t think the graphics were too bad for the time. Good movie really.
