classic brain dead 80s action movie with a hot blonde as the damzel in distress

this is what they call, a shitty movie. villain is a little fun so i will spare the thumbs down but honestly... who cuts pizza with scissors.

City Cobra is pure 80s action with Sylvester Stallone as a tough cop fighting crime. Simple story, lots of action, and cool one-liners. Not deep, but fun if you like old-school action movies with big guns and car chases.

Classic, violent action flick of a bygone era.
